ASSESSMENT
There will be an informal pre-course diagnostic test (consisting of individual interviews with each trainee) to help determine trainees’ initial proficiency. Upon the completion of studies, trainees will be assessed by means of individual written reports compiled by the instructor giving details of areas in which their subjects may improve. Trainees will be individually assessed and given a letter grade (A - F) for their performance in each of the 3 units.
A: Outstanding
B: Competent
C: Satisfactory
D: Poor
E: Minimal competence
F: Inadequate level of competence
Overall performance grades will appear on trainees’ certificates upon the completion of the Preliminary Programme.
