Regarding to the misunderstanding on the policy status hold releasing which made the inaccurate policy status, unreleased holding policies will not be generated billing and premium deduction transaction. L/O and I/T had agreed today on the practice as shown below
1. L/O users would like to hold policy status for the reversal and else (via I/T service desk)
a. Inform I/T team with written email
b. I/T will hold the policy status as users requested
c. L/O users have to correct all needed tractions within the same day
2. I/T team will release the holding status of policy by the day-end
3. If L/O users would like to hold policy status more than 1 day, L/O users have to communicate to I/T team on the number of day that L/O users would like to hold the policy status (via I/T service desk). Also L/O users could request I/T team to release the holding status before day-end (item 2).
Please be inform on this practice which will be effective on 12-Oct-2016
