2.1.1.2. Murraya koenigii, Azadirachta indica and Magnolia champaca.
Leaf extracts were prepared by taking approximately 25 gm
leaves. These were thoroughly washed with distilled water, dried,
powdered using mixer and finely crushed with the help of mortar
and pestle. 6 g of powdered leaves were taken with 100 ml of
distilled water in a beaker and boiled at 80 C for 1 h which is then
vacuum-filtered using filter paper to obtain the extract.
