This procedure specifies the following steps to detect minute cracks and flaws with liquid penetrant inspection.
Check the details of each step to prevent dispersion of the detection.

Use the agent conforming to the one in JIS Z 2343-2.
（Cleaning liquid [FR-Q], penetrant [FP-S], and, and developer [FD-S] made by Taseto Co., Ltd. are used in the CKJ Test Team.）

①Pretreatment
Remove grease and dirt on the surface with the cleaning liquid.

②Treatment by penetrant
Apply the penetrant to the surface so that the penetrant infiltrates into
cracks and flaws.

③Removal of surplus penetrant
Remove surplus penetrant.

④Treatment by developer
Detect cracks and flaws with the developer.
