With around 100 employees and offices around Australia, in the Middle East and the UK, it has the ability to provide a wide range of innovative solutions to their customers.
A Help Desk Support Officer is now required to provide important assistance to the IT Manager as well as internal clients, on a 3 days per week part-time basis.
Duties in this role will include, but not be limited to:
On-site support for IT requests from staff
Logging support calls
Receiving incoming calls and queries from internal clients
Network infrastructure support
Supporting the IT Manager in a variety of tasks and projects as required
The successful candidate will have a bright personality, excellent phone manner, a high level of detail and organisation, and the ability to follow a task all the way through to completion. A minimum of 6 months previous IT experience is essential and must be outlined in your CV. SharePoint exposure would be advantageous.
