Please take note about the Office 365 incident reported from Tokyo.

Please be advised that currently we are having the trouble as follows;
1. Affected area: All companies in NYK Office365 tenant
2. Trouble started time: From around 4 pm of November 2nd (JST)
3. Symptom: Email delivery delays and/or not reached to the mail boxes
4. Possible causes: Microsoft is under investigating. It may be probably because of the issues of Office 365 in Microsoft side (problem on IP address resolution of Outlook.com).
We will keep you updated, if any further information is gathered.
