Psychometric tests collect data about various aspects of personality. This information is expressed numerically and the quantitative data is then analyzed using statistical techniques. Therefore, the results obtained present an objective viewpoint without the interference of any personal bias of the evaluator. For example if a candidate has leadership qualities, this will reflect in her answers to the personality questionnaire.
