These projects enhance employees responsibility in being attentive in terms of self-sanitation or the relationship between employees and personal doctors. the information of employees obtained from these projects shall be kept confidential and not allowed to be disclosed to others aside from their personal doctor, unless the employee requests for the infromation disclosure him/herself. Apart from that, the information requires to be revealed legally when the public health inspection is to be obliged or in accordance with drug and alcohol policy.
