As part of the action in the base powder workshop in NZ, I am looking into an alternative for future Filled milk base that you are using now and work on 2 GUM base ( with and without GOS) for the region. Irliek and her team have done some work on this and the industrial trial done as well. She will send to you the samples and the macro nutrient profile at this moment and by next week hope that we can share the TM as the analysis results from CLF is just back a few days ago. This is a more concentrated base with higher fat and hope / should bring a better cost model to the GUM portfolio in the region.
Can you tell Irliek who in your team will work with her as we need a quick feed back from you can the base work for you or not and if any changes need, what re those changes we need to put in for the next trail which schedule in early Nov. Also let her have the amount that you would like to have for your initial kitchen trial and the address to send.
