• Reconfirm, do we have to prepare and get the approval of GA-080 prior daily workers recruiting activities? / Yes, and will find the appropriated solution for Line Manager to prepare these paper once a month, once in two months or once a quarter [don’t want to add red tape jobs to them]. Khun Akaraseth will discuss this action with NCT-Factory managements.
• Case study; KPMG audited 26 daily workers original contract employment and resignation form [Sep 21st-23rd], and this action comes to us annually. / Agreed to do better preparation for next audit.

Compensation & Benefits • Set mutual agreement of new starting rate for engineering employees and non-engineering group (first day working and after completed probationary period). / Agreed and will follow accordingly.
• Reconfirm new driver’s monthly salary will be paid in cash on Sep-30th, [8 working days calculation]. / Confirmed.
• Overview of overtime payment calculation particular in second fortnight each month. / Understood of their situation and explain FA-due date expectation to them.
