(1) under Clause 5 (2), (3), (4) an

(1) under Clause 5 (2), (3), (4) and (5), the employer shall pay the remuneration up to the date of termination.
(2) Under Clause 5 (2), (3) and (4), the employer shall pay accommodation allowance for the whole month of termination. In the case of Clause 5 (5), the employer shall pay accommodation allowance in proportion to that which the employee should receive up to the date of termination.
