Once again I’m reminding both COS and WHS that in our policy it is totally DO NOT ACCEPT and DO NOT ALLOW for any delay in delivery for any product be it customers requested without the top management approval, so every product require delay MUST get the approval and consent from me before can proceed at all as NOBODY is being authorized by the top management with this authority to do so.
So I remind again I expect all the below take action to push up to customers by COS and SMD within May 2015 :
