Some plan specify that teacher are to receive individual assessment results for each student and the results of group assessment for each class the teacher teaches. Individual results are used by teachers to develop plans for remedial or enrichment instruction for specific students. Group data are used by teacher to evaluate a group’s progress and identify topics that may need to be retaught, department heads or grade-level chairs and principal receive reports that summarize the performance of group of students by class, grade level.
