The purpose of this Master Agreemen

The purpose of this Master Agreement is to provide the contractual framework for the supply of Superstructures and/or Trailers, as applicable, by companies within SUPPLIER Group to companies within the VOLVO Group.
The VOLVO Group has expressed a desire to purchase Superstructures and/or Trailers from SUPPLIER during the course of its business and SUPPLIER has agreed to sell and deliver such Superstructures and/or Trailers to companies within the VOLVO Group.
