1. Marinate salmon with orange juice and orange skin. Sprinkle salt and pepper just a little. Marinate about 15 minutes.
2. Boil orange juice and orange skin. Add cream and stir to combine. Wait until boiling again. Season with salt, pepper, butter and stir to combine. Close the lid and set aside.
3. Fry salmon until crispy in a pan. Serve on dish and top with sauce.
