8. TIMEFRAME
The term of this appointment shall commence on signing this Proposal. The Proposal will automatically renew for a second period of six (6) months unless either party gives notice not to renew at least thirty (30) days before the termination date.
9. TERMINATION
9.1 In case the Developer wishes to terminate this agreement for any reason, the Developer shall submit a written letter of termination to Colliers International at least 30 (thirty) days in advance.
9.2 In case the Project is terminated for any reason by the Developer is applicable to pay a one hundred percent (100%) commission for all units that signed the sales and purchase agreement to Colliers International and must return all deposits or down payment back to clients in full amount.
9.3 In the event of any termination, Developer will pay any outstanding invoices from Colliers International immediately and any contracts under negotiation at the date of termination will be registered as being subject to this Agreement and Colliers International shall continue to work on these contracts until they are signed and will thereafter be entitled to commission fees as per
this Agreement. Colliers International reserves the right to request the Developer to remove all references to Colliers International on marketing and other material on termination of this Agreement for any reason.
