High performance liquid chromatographic
(HPLC) methods with ultraviolet [3], electrochem-ical [4 – 6] and fluorescence [7] detectors have been
used mainly for the analysis of terbutaline in
plasma. For such applications, however, the oper-ations are time-consuming. There are few re-ported methods for the simultaneous
determination of terbutaline and related com-pound, salbutamol, in plasma based on gas chro-matography-mass spectrometry [8,9]
