Place the container holding the gelatin in the
microwave (used only for art) and heat it to
between 130 and 140 degrees to activate the gelatin (which happens at around 125 or 130 degrees).
As you heat the gelatin, watch that it doesn’t get
too hot (over 140 degrees); otherwise it will break
down and you’ll have to throw it out and start
over again (Figure 10.6).
