Loosen the soil from its surface by scrapping the chopping board.
Wet the surface with warm water solution of absorbit.
Scrub with a stiff bristled to all soil is removed.
Rinse with clean water.
Sanitize all the chopping boards weekly or as requested by Outlet Chef / Sous Chef.
Allow to air dry
On random Stewards must scrub the chopping boards for deep marks and to keep improve hygiene.
