• A final attendance shall be required no less than 14 days prior to arrival. Any changes thereafter, must be made in writing and shall be subject to the Washdown Policy as outlined below. Space shall be further subject to space availability.
• During this time, the Hotel reserves the right to review your event and meeting space assignments should the anticipated attendance fall below the Guaranteed Attendance as specified above. The Hotel further reserves the right and discretion to relocate the event to an alternative venue suitable to the size and seating arrangements suitable for the event. Under such circumstances, the Hotel shall not be liable for any compensations in cash or kind to the Client, its guests and/or participants. Should any changes occur to the original scheduled F&B events, the Hotel may request additional space rental charges accordingly.
• All F&B items utilized in the Hotel shall be purchased directly from the Hotel only. The Hotel reserves the right to apply handling charges as it deems and specifies.
• Location of planned F&B events at outdoor locations are subject to prevailing weather conditions and availability of alternative venues within the Hotel. Relocation of the event under such circumstances shall be at the discretion of the Hotel, in consultation with the Client, without penalty or compensation in cash or kind.
• Event venues are reserved only for the times as indicated above. Additional set up/tear down time, if required, must be specified in advance to the Hotel to be in agreement prior. Changes which may occur must be advised to the Hotel as soon as possible to reserve the appropriate spaces, subject to availability at the time of the change request. The Hotel reserves the right to re-assign event spaces, without liability, where it deems necessary.
• Guaranteed Attendance is necessary to meet your requirement of the event venue booked. In case the Guaranteed Attendance should fall below as required and stated above, an additional room rental supplement shall be applicable.
• Room rental charges according to the event program herein shall apply unless negotiated and agreed in writing by the Hotel. Prices for additional function rooms not included within this booking agreement shall be quoted separately in writing by the Hotel in accordance with our normal rate tariffs. Negotiated discounts, if any, shall be valid only when conveyed in writing by the Hotel.
