Role Summary:
Perform and administer quality related activities for Thailand General Office (GO) which includes Technical Service Centre(TSC).
Manage and control all SOPs and documents for the GO and TSC.
Responsible for Quality System of Thailand GO and TSC.
Responsible for FCA related actions such as customer notification letters, machine upgrading, product on hold and product recall activities as per timeline.
Manage all product complaint reporting, task assignments and follow up activities till closure in PMDA.
Responsible for Internal and External audits.
Responsible for local NCR and CAPA management.
Work closely with RA, BU Heads and Supply Chain partners.
Provide QMS training for Thailand staff.
Manage quality related activities for Warehousing, Distribution and Value added services.
Responsible to perform Management Reviews for TSC. Promptly submit monthly TSC related metrics for Global management Review (GMR)
Perform supplier audits and manage supplier quality for Thailand
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degrees in Pharmaceutical Science, Science or Engineer required;
Experience 1-2 years as QA or RA role would be more advantage.
Good level of understanding Regulatory Requirements
Understanding of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO13485:2003 standards
Good command in English in both verbal and written
Excellent teamwork and coordination skills with Good sense of urgency and strong follow up
Able to work independently with little or no supervision
