Vinyasa Yoga is a sequence of postures taught in a flow by linking movement and breath. A balanced sequence working through the whole body, we focus the mind on the breath to settle the mind from the busy distractions of life. Strength, flexibility and toning are side effects to real benefits such as increased self-confidence, the ability to stay focused and calm in stressful situations and above all to feel more connected to all aspects of life. Members are encouraged to work at their own level. Individual variations given.
