CONCLUSION
We showed that the cytotoxic effect of cisplatin
and cisplatin loaded nanoparticles increased in a
dose and time dependent manner. Furthermore,
we have shown that the strongly increased in vitro
cytotoxicity of cisplatin-loaded nanoparticles
compared with the free drug in MCF-7 cell line.
