I would like to update about this case. The customer call maintainan on Friday 13/3/15 15:45 and Service Engineer arrived at cutomer site on 16/3/15 10:30 am. So he found the machine need to replace part (Fixing Ass’y). But no stock at Bangkhen Service Center. And then supervisor visited the customer to check and replace the Fixing today.
By the way we will closly parts monitoring to prevent the problem in the time.
