Be a Trainer:
•Product & Sales Training
•Coaching skill Training
•Sales Skill Training
•New Incentive plan communication
Drive behavioral change at Branch through tool usage
•Drive the Sales Tool usage
•Drive for having BM Coaching, and Staff Coaching
•Drive Branch Management Tool usage
Follow up the sales result of branch/staffs and identify development needed in the assigned areas
Take corrective action especially skill development for improving sales result
Support new initiatives on sales-related activities if any
คุณสมบัติ
•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, MBA or related field
•Ability to learn new concepts
•Able to clearly communicate concepts to sales or others
•Proven sales skills/experiences
•Able to organize and manage time efficiently
•Result-oriented
•Able to engage & motivate, Lead change, overcome resistance
•High integrity
•Able to travel and work in upcountry
