The overall model significantly explained 158% of the variance in cardiac self-efficacy (F = 381, p < 0001).
Among all predictors, occupation, diagnosis, BMI, CADspecific education and awareness of risk factors had statistically significant influences on cardiac self-efficacy.
Awareness of risk factors had the greatest influence on cardiac self-efficacy (b = 016). However,
disease knowledge had no statistically significant association with cardiac self-efficacy (Table 6).
