According to recent situations, I would like to address all repeated issues in the purposes of tangible improvement and prevent from any further happenings.
1. Today carrier as just arrived three hours ago (at 7.30pm). We have mentioned about this issue several time and it seems not to happen yet. In addition, for today batch, no battery, no fuel as well as no job description of each car is attached. Our staff who stood by had to help the carrier on his own with struggling situation in the dark time.
In this case, I would like to make it clear that:
- Car carrier should have arrive by 5pm which is our office time and your operating time. If carrier at any time comes after 5pm, our staff will not be allowed to receive it.
- Every car needs job description and preparation like fuel and battery.
Our staff will be recommended to strictly follow with this suggestion. In case that there are really necessary, please inform us in advance. Anyway, we do hope it to be regular as the way it is now.
2. We have not received notification or any plan in advance about jobs to do. I have not got ideas what your plans will be and it becomes difficult to manage in order to fulfill your request. In addition, my first plan is to spare specific team for Subaru. If it didn’t go continuously or had a plan to match up, I have to assign that team to do customers’ job. My concern is- it will have an effect toward your delivery plan which is not good for both side.
- We should have received a plan of each batch like before so that our team can do jobs smoothly and deliver as planned.
- I have made advices about job types and conditions. I do appreciate your compliance toward it. (No mix-up, lead time etc.)
Above are Nakornpathom cases. However, for Bangna, our team faces the same situation.
- Carrier arrives in the very late afternoon or after work hour. Our staff twice wait until 7 and 9 pm.
o Carrier should arrive by noon for the purpose that we can start in the afternoon.
- Cars don’t come continuously and there are mix-up of jobs. The problem is- we cannot generate consistent productivity.
o A plan is necessary.
o Bangna is capable of doing light repair jobs. We received overall repair also. What is your current plan actually?
Last but not least, all tools being used at Bangna have been sent for about two months. We have received information that it await your process. Can you please update the progress and timeline of it?
