We understand that competition are becoming tougher for us both, and that we are on the same boat on this. We also would like to keep our old clients while at the same time catch new ones. However, in this case I don’t think it is right to adjust the price after operation was already done and over, especially when the rates were already agreed upon prior to operation.
We understand that the China market’s competitiveness is gradually rising, there are needs to lower our price to catch or retain client. Therefore we’ve already been providing Transit Air with rates that are the most competitive out of all our agents from every country. For this show, we’ll waive the empty case storage surcharge for Ningbo Newland. Empty case storage surcharge for Buhler, Andritz, and Zhenchang has already been waived to begin with. And for future shows, please discuss with us on our rates prior to operation if Lily, Rebecca, or any other Transit Air personnel believe we need further adjustment upon seeing the rates.
