mazon is introducing a new Shipping Settings platform that allows you to regionalize your domestic and international shipping settings. This platform gives you more control in defining shipping options for your inventory, and we believe this change will give customers increased confidence in purchasing items from you.
With the new Shipping Settings platform, you can:
- Offer SKUs for Seller Fulfilled Prime (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/201812230) and Guaranteed Delivery (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/201817490)
- Customize your Standard Delivery shipping speeds by state
- Set different shipping charges for Two-Day Delivery by state
- Set international shipping charges and shipping speeds by country
- Set different shipping settings for different sets of SKUs
Your account is now enabled to migrate to the new Shipping Settings and take advantage of these features. To get these features, you must migrate to the new Shipping Settings in Seller Central. For more information about migrating, see the migration help page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/201834130.
Important things to know before you migrate
- Your current shipping settings for each Marketplace you are registered in (US, Canada or Mexico) will be migrated to the new Shipping Settings in one session.
- Shipping Overrides are no longer supported in the new platform and your existing shipping overrides will not be migrated to the new Shipping Settings. This functionality is replaced by your ability to define multiple Shipping Templates. If you use third party integrators to manage your shipping preferences please check with them on compatibility with the new Shipping Settings. For more information about Shipping Templates, see https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/201841280.
- The migration to the new Shipping Settings is one-way and cannot be reversed.
