Notwithstanding the provisions in the Agreement and without prejudice to any other right or remedy accruing or accrued under this Agreement,
if this Agreement is terminated prior to the Acceptance Date by the Customer,

the parties agree that the Company shall be entitled to charge reasonable fees in respect of all expenses incurred for all the works done by the Company in respect of this Agreement up to the Acceptance Date, including but not limited to the purchase price of the Designated Equipment, the preparation of the detailed specifications on the basis of the Customer's requirements regarding the delivery and installation of the Designed Equipment and also the implementation of the Acceptance Test.
