In addition, Parasuraman (1991) suggested six tips that researchers should follow to design and develop a high quality questionnaire. The first tip is the questions should be short, clear and concise. The second tip is the questions should be designed to be attractive to respondents. The third tip is the questionnaire structure should be logical, easy to understand, and sequential. The fourth tip is the questionnaire should be divided into parts that correspond to all kinds of issues that concern. The fifth tip is the sequence of questions should be run from easy questions to difficult questions. The final tip is the personal information should be asked at the closing stage if it is required.
