Please help to solve quality claim problem from customer. This kind of problem happen many times and I ask k. Vichaya, k. Somchai many times to solve and check 100% quality for any new car before delivery , but still same problems happen again and again.
We must know this is very serious problem to our company image and we can not sell any new car if customer loss confident and spread bad news.
So please help to manage factory team. With cleanse target and good result. Delivery only good, perfect car. Urgently solve customer claim problem , no repeat problem.
