The best procedure identified involved the use of the Tselutin extender at a high dilution rate (1:4) 60 min of cooling, an 8% concentration of DMA along with 5 min of equilibration, an 80 L drop volume and finally a thawing temperature of 75 °C. The other treatments providing similar Sperm Quality scores were also based on the Tselutin as extender and used a 75 °C thawing temperature; 8% DMA and 5 min of equilibration were also common to most.
