I talked to the hotline and they are now checking whether they can allow rebooking for tomorrows flight.
Usually, as you did not show up at flight departure, the entire booking is cancelled and refund is not possible, this also accounts for the return flight. In a worst case, we would have to create an entirely new booking.
However, I am hopeful that they will allow rebooking as your travel is employee-related, and I will keep pressing for an exception, perhaps I can also ask my boss to make some calls,
