Dear Future Leaders,

To follow up on yesterday’s message, we would like to give you more information on the speakers and participating industry professionals who you will meet during the IMEX-MPI-MCI Future Leaders Forum at IT&CMA 2015 next week.



Please find attached:

1) Meet the Speakers: An introduction to the speakers who will be holding a session at the forum

2) RT Speakers: List of involved industry professionals and their specialities at the “Roundtable Session” on Tuesday afternoon



Please read through the documents carefully and give special consideration to the Roundtable session speakers. During the session, you will have the opportunity to meet four professionals for group discussions. So, please research the speakers and select four persons who you want to learn from.



If you want to prepare and make the most of the Future Leaders Forum, we would recommend two optional tasks:



1) Go through the programme and speaker lists again and write down questions for the speakers



2) Set goals for the 2-day event – from previous experience of Future Leaders Forum participants, it is helpful to set goals. Examples of goals could be:

a. Collect 10 business cards and find 3 good connections for career development

b. Introduce myself to “Person A” and talk about (*topic of my interest)

c. Find out about the work of an employee at a (*Convention Bureau)

d. Deliver an excellent presentation at the creative challenge

Please note that these are only examples and are only for your reference – set goals that matter to you personally

Dear Future Leaders of IT&CM Asia,

It is only one more week left until the forum and we look much forward to meeting you all.

A very big thank to everybody who submitted a proposal for the International University Challenge. We never received so many proposals before and you can imagine that selecting the finalists was very difficult because all of the submissions were very creative and high in quality.



First of all, we would like to announce the judges who will select the overall winner at the forum:

· Ms. Orachorn Wongpan-ngam, Senior Manager of MICE Capabilities Department, TCEB

· Ms. Pat Satkhum, Manager of MICE Capabilities Department, TCEB

· Ms. Choo Leng Goh, General Manager, Plaza Athenee Bangkok A Royal Meridien

· Mr. Marcel Ewals, Director Strategic Development, MCI Asia Pacific

· Mr. Ooi Peng Ee, General Manager, TTG Asia Media



Secondly, we are happy to announce the five finalists who will present at the forum:

· Ms Piyanuch Limapant, Prince of Songkla University

· Ms Cholthicha Jawong, Mae Fah Luang University

· Ms Htoo Myat Aung, Siam University

· Ms Mintra Chanthaphongphiwat, Prince of Songkla University

· Ms Chalida Rungsuwannarat, Siam University



Again many thanks to the finalists and also to those who have not been chosen on this occasion. Every contribution is greatly valued and we hope that the future leaders support their fellow colleagues in their presentations. The final of the University Challenge will be held during the IMEX-MPI-MCI Future Leaders Forum and is scheduled to take place on Tuesday from 11: until 12:30 hrs.



Tomorrow we will announce the speakers of the Roundtable session on Tuesday afternoon and will also give you an optional task that can help you with your preparations for the event.



We wish all finalists the best of luck for their presentations and we look forward to meeting you all at the Future Leaders Forum in Bangkok. If you have any questions about the forum, please feel free to contact us.
