which were attributed to the amino group of chitosan. On the other hand, the silk fibroin showed absorption bands at 1635 (amide I), 1530 (amide II) and 1250 cm−1, which were attributed to the -sheet conformation of silk fibroin. The CS/SF blending membranes exhibited the characteristic absorption bands of both CS and SF. When blending membranes fixed with ADA, the absorption of amide were still remain. These indicated that ADA only fixed part of amide, which could not only enhance the consistency of SF/CS but also maintain the function of both materials.
