Dear Nr. Kobayakawa,
Please ignore our e-mail just sent to you, and replaced with this one.

Dear Mr. Kobayakawa,
We apologize for not responding sooner to the outstanding claim lodged by you as we believe there must be a way that this issue can be amicably sorted out.
We refer to the lot of laminated PET film which has been rejected and returned by Nippro totalling 327, 650 meters and being kept in our warehouse (refer to the attached report.
As Mr. Akawat has expressed his willingness to assist in trying to convince Nippro to use this lot. We have traced back our record to check from what invoices
those 327,650 meters were produced. Our QA staff have spent quite some time to check and thoroughly test our retained samples. We have not found the stickiness of
our retained samples as indicated in the attached report. Based on the strenuous efforts by our QA staff in checking and testing the retained samples, we are confident
that those 313,110 meters (actual) can be used by Nippro.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could discuss with Nippro to use this lot of laminated PET film.
We look forward to receiving a favorable reply from you.
