Job Description
Handle customer enquiries on phone
Reservation and ticket issuing
Provision of incoming calls on service, enquiries and handling of problems/ complaints etc
Qualifications
Male or Female
Bachelor’s Degree or above in related field
Good service-minded, good personality
Able to work under pressure
Good communication skills, especially on telephone
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is require
Able to work in shift
