A total of 500 animals of 11 genetics groups were used. The animals were weaned at 7 months old at the creep-feeding and raised at the feedlot system for 120 days. The animals were harvested with 450 kg live weight and 12-15 months old age. All growth traits, carcass and meat traits were collected. The Growth Hormone (AluI), Growth Hormone (DdeI) and STAT5A (DdeI) genes polymorphisms were analyzed by PCR-RFLP. The genotypes effects on traits were analyzed by GLM of SAS and the Least Square Means were compared by Tukey test. There is any relationship between Growth Hormone (AluI) gene polymorphism and growth traits. The Growth Hormone (DdeI) gene polymorphism influenced the Ultrasound Ribeye Area and the STAT5A (DdeI) gene polymorphism showed a relationship with Ultrasound Fat Thickness.
