Firstly, I apologize for the delay in recent shipments.
We have concluded investigations and I would like to share the findings with you and team.
1. All recent shipments to Thailand for all our customers experienced delay.
2. The root cause of the delay is because of port congestion at the previous calling port.
3. Because vessels have schedules, delays from previous port before they come to Singapore cannot be prevented.
Nonetheless, we will continue to do our very best to function smoothly for all controllable factors to service Dow Thailand.
The uncontrollable factors that resulted in the delay is regretted.
