In addition, the care work in hospitals and nursing homes
is an occupation involving heavy physical labor for nursing
personnel. There are many kinds of care work for assisting
the bedridden people such as repositioning the body, changing
clothes, administering medicine, changing the bed, and so on [4].
One of these is to reposition their body. A repositioning task
includes regularly turning the patient’s body, safely transferring
them, and smoothly changing their body posture. Hence, the
most laborious care task is the transferring of bedridden people,
i.e., transferring from the bed to the wheelchair or from the
wheelchair to the bed. Generally speaking, the transferring task
requires more than three nurses to transfer the patient and is
really labor-intensive [5].
