Welcome to ครัวธารา restaurant. This restaurant has many menu of food. Today i recommend thai dish is Kua Kling.

Kua Kling is popular menu in southen Thailand. Kua Kling are yellow from turmeric and the fragrance of spices. The pork is injected with curry paste, garlic, shallots, chillies and shaved lemongrass before being sprinkled with a handful of thinly sliced kaffir lime leaves.

Kua Kling has mellow. When you eat begins with a spicy and ends with trace of lime. And it has soft touch of pork. In addition are vegetables such as cucumber for the relief of spicy and greasy. The result of kua kling is a dish that boasts explosive flavor
