Air temperature in the ovenwas set at 60 and
80 C. A single layer of blueberries was spread uniformly on a wire
mesh tray (0.2 m 0.2 m 0.02 m) suspended on a digital balance
(RADWAG, WPS 4000/C/2, Radom, Poland), accurate to ± 0.001 g,
and mounted at the top of the drying chamber. Mass losses during
drying were monitored, and the drying process was stopped when
there were no changes in sample mass over a period of 5 min
(Sharma & Prasad, 2004
