SCDA is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice. Our holistic approach to Architecture includes full interior design and planning services. SCDA’s works range from Architectural, Interior and Landscape Design of individual buildings to Master Planning and design of large residential developments. The firm’s projects include private residences, resort and boutique hotels, commercial buildings, serviced apartments, residential developments, a columbarium, an embassy and a museum. SCDA’s designs strive for tranquility and calmness qualified by space, light and structural order. Our designs are inspired by the cultural and climatic nuances of its context, integrating landscape and blurring the distinction between interior and exterior. SCDA’s works display sensitivity to the inherent beauty of natural materials expressed through clarity in construction details and elemental architectural expression.

The Role:

Assist in interior design from concept design through schematic design, design development, construction documentation
Assist in client liaison, coordination with consultants, contractors and suppliers, and attending design and construction meetings
Able to conceptualize design, lead and manage project team
The Requirements:

Diploma and/or Degree in Interior Design or its equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years experiences and with recent high-end hospitality experience
Experience in FF&E for international design projects
Well versed in Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop and other design software
Good technical knowledge in suppliers for furniture, materials, accessories is an advantage
Able to communicate effectively in written, oral and graphic form
Creative with good design sense, problem solving abilities and attention to detail
Able to multi-task and with good time management
Able to work independently in a design team environment
