Appreciate if you help me understand your proposal a bit better:
• Is there a particular Nurofen product that the event is supposed to be promoting – the pill, gel, heat patch, for migraine, for cold/flu, for general pain, etc?
We need this to identify that the product will not conflict with our business.
• Are our instructors supposed to be participating and competing in the 3 rounds of obstacle course?
• Are our getting our members to participate? Who else will be participating? Any other participants from other gyms?
• Based on your proposal, I gather that from our sponsorship, we will get logo mention in all their media (FB posts, On-site event collaterals, advertisements in the form of TV, print and online). As you have mentioned that this event will take place on 29 Jul, when will their advertisements be out?
• You have also mentioned 2 entitlements
o Weight of content fetured on NRF 70-80%. Can you explain/elaborate please?
o TV program: Dao Kra Jai (TBC). Can I know what this is?
• For product trial, are these 1000 tubes given to us to use anyway we want to? I am assuming that these are Nurofen in the gel form?
• For what True Fitness can support, what fitness equipment are we looking at? This needs to be identified as approval for this needs to come from management.
• For the rewards, is there a min no. of prizes required, and its min value?
• What is True Fitness PR media (Internal PR)?
• Visibility in True Fitness premium clubs during the campaign what campaign? I am assuming this will not be for the event on 29 Jul. Is this advertising spots given to Nurofen for their product? If so, which product?
Likewise for the booth activity, I am assuming it will be for the same Nurofen product that will be in the advertising spots given?
I also need you to indicate the overall value that we are getting from Nurofen verses the value that we are giving them.
