The Cardholder has disputed this charge for the 2nd time Besides, your documents are not enough to prove that the cardholder accepted your cancellation policy.
The bank sugget you issue the refund to the cardholder.
However, if you insist to argue with the card issuing bank regarding this again, a dispute case can be filed to Visa/MasterCard but there will be a cost as follow.
- USD 250 paid by you if you lose the case in addition to the amount you have to refund them.
- No cost if you win the case and the cardholder ok to pay you that charge he/she made.
