Nowadays, the employees have discouraged work and work not very well. Moreover, it impacts to organization badly. We want to persuade the supervisor to take a particular action to create incentives employees to make better jobs by giving the reward as motivation.
Firstly, the importance of motivation, which is external motive is pushing outside the person to encourage behavior may receive the reward, praise, compliment, so all of this is the motivation does not permanent. Their individual act to exactly respond incentive only case that they want in return only, it seems that motivate behavior, there are no rules because human behavior is complex. Therefore, the same motives may incur different behavior and the different motivation may incur the same behavior also. Create the motivation to the employees is important because if the employees do not enjoy doing the work that will affect the effectiveness of work which they do were depressing performance. For sale representative A, he had never been to Japan before. This reward of objectivity motivates he aims to make TV sales more than 50 machines by intending to advertise and present their product to customer every day. For sale representative B, he had been to Japan many times. This reward does not motivate much of his work because of he did not want it. At the end of a period, the workings of sale representative A is make TV sales company turnover increased exceed the objectivity. For this case, it was evident that some of the motivation is motivating some of the employee. As the result is why supervisor needs to ascertain the needs of employees. Have to know what something that they need first and then try to find those things as motivation giving them by the reward.
Thirdly, the organization gets more efficiently workpiece. After supervisor has known what something that employee need. Our company must set the level of work for getting the reward and give the reward with impartiality. Some employees need higher level in the hierarchy; they have to work more for the organization as to advances in their status more than the employees who just need stability and safety level in the work to get their reward.
