Use idM to Change Your Password
1. Go to idM http://idm.mypepsico.com.
2. Log on with your GPID and password.
3. Click Change My Password on the Main Menu.
4. Complete the New Password field.
5. Type the same value used in the previous step in the Confirm New Password field.
Note: Click the idM Password Guidelines link on the Change Password page to review the password requirements, if needed.
6. Review the Terms of Use and Legal Terms and Conditions sections and check the Review and accept the agreements checkbox. You will not be able to change your password unless you complete this step.
7. Click Change Password. You will have one password for all IDs listed on the Results page.
8. Important! If your Computer Logon password was changed, verify if you are connected to the PepsiCo Network and do one of the following:
o If you are connected, use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to lock/unlock your workstation with your new password immediately. This will update the account information on your computer and prevent any loss of connectivity.
o If you are NOT connected, continue to use your old Computer Logon password to lock/unlock your computer. When you do connect to the PepsiCo network, complete the synchronization step above.
9. You will receive an email confirming the password change.
Remember, idM allows users to change one password at one time for all of their application IDs managed by idM (i.e., Computer/Email, My PepsiCo, My Access, PAAS, Concur, and others) without having to contact the PepsiCo Support Center. Visit idM Online Help for more information.
