Responsibilities:
• Prepare and implement the annual HR Plan to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the company.
• Keep up to date with legal developments and advise management on compliance and risk factors.
• Manage investigations, disciplinary, cheating, fraud, and grievance matters.
• Ensure that managers and staff are aware of the policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively.
• Provide support to staff on HR issues, as and when required.
• Plan the development training to the line managers and staffs to be able to move toward the company target.
• Administer the development and training budget to actual.
• Monitor the salary and benefit exiting against budget.
• Administer all HR admin and well fair issues. Manage the documentary system of HR Dept.
• Report directly to Executive Director
