3.2.2. Coil-selective solvent system
In the coil-selective solvent system, the packing of the conjugated rod blocks in the micelle cores tends to form spherical or cylindrical morphologies for the shorter rod block [15]. Vesicles were formed with longer rod blocks, attributed to effects to reduce the rod bending energy. Selective structural control factors are presented below, including rod/coil ratio, solution concentration and polymer architecture.
